Reef Rumble

Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Simon Saxtorph ("we", "us"), the developer of Reef Rumble, about your use of the game. By installing or playing Reef Rumble you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not play the game.

1. The game and your licence

Reef Rumble is a slingshot game for iPhone and iPad. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's usage rules. The game is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, and you may not use cheats, automation or exploits, or interfere with the game's servers or with other players' games.

2. Virtual items and purchases

The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases. Gems, coins, pearls, cards, chests and other items in the game are virtual items: we license them to you for use inside the game only. They have no value in real money and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or moved to another person.

Purchases are paid for through Apple with your Apple ID, and Apple's terms and payment rules apply to them. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchased items are delivered at once; by buying one you ask for immediate delivery and accept that a right to withdraw from the purchase, where the law gives you one, ends when the item has been delivered. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may change what items do, what they cost and how the game is balanced. Items used up in the game are not restored. Lifetime cards can be restored on a new device with the same Apple ID (Shop, Cards, Restore purchases).

3. Random items

Chests and Orders have random contents. The chance of each kind of item is shown in the game before you buy or open one: Shop, then Drop rates.

4. Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob: rewarded video ads that you choose to watch for a bonus, and a full-screen ad after a cleared world. The Ad-Free Card removes them. We do not control the content of individual ads.

5. Gift codes

Gift codes are free promotional codes. They cannot be bought, have no cash value, can be used once per player and can be withdrawn or expire.

6. Playing with others

In 1v1 Online you play against other people. You may choose a username that other players can see. Do not use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, that pretends to be somebody else or that advertises anything, and do not cheat or harass other players. You can report or block a player from their profile. We may remove a username and limit or end a player's access to online features if these rules are broken.

7. Online profile and cloud save

The game can keep an online profile for you (your username, game statistics, friends and a backup of your progress). You can delete it at any time in the game under Settings, Online profile. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted or lost; your progress is also kept on your device. How information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

8. Children

If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live, play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you. Parents can require approval for purchases with Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time.

9. Changes to the game and to these terms

We may update, change or stop offering the game or parts of it. If the game is closed down, unused virtual items are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes; by continuing to play you accept the new terms.

10. Warranty and liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will always be available, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the game during the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (virtual items, warranty and liability, governing law) continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the game fails to conform to a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the game (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling claims about the game, including product liability claims, claims that it does not meet a legal requirement, consumer protection claims and claims that it infringes somebody's intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country under a United States government embargo and are not on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms and Apple's App Store terms conflict on a matter Apple's terms cover, Apple's terms apply.
